Tryouts are complete for 2008-09 season
Age Groups 11's, 12's, 13's, 14's, 15's, 16's
Ages are from Sept to Sept, for instance...if you are
currently 13 (2008) and will be turning 14 before Sept 1,
2009... you should tryout for the 14's team.
Tryouts are being held at:
Prior Lake High School

Savage MN 55378
November 17 from 5:30-8 (first round of cuts)
*Must have medical release form to tryout
*Height, Reach, Vertical Jump, Block Jump, Shuttle Run
*Skills (Passing, Setting, Serving, Hitting, Blocking)
November 20 from 6:30-8:30 (teams will be decided)
Game Situations:
*Serve Receive
*Offense Play
*Defense Play
We will keep 10 girls per team, 1 team per age group
1. Please be prepared to sign a letter of commitment (pdf)
2. Sign USAV Membership Form (pdf)
3. Pay:down payment & remainder of fee w/predated checks
(pre-dated checks will be deposited monthly)
4. Uniform Order (try on uniforms and order correct sizes)
***Order correct sizes, you will be charged for new
orders to replace wrong sizes (plus any screen
printing).

**All Checks should be made payable to:

10/11's-16's: $250 down payment (to be paid at signing)
10/11's: $100 pre-dated checks for: Jan 1, Feb 1
12's: $100 pre-dated checks for: Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1
13's-16's: $100 pre-dated checks for: Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1, Apr 1
